My Future Conference is a leadership training initiative for teenagers in schools. The goal is to raise 10,000 young leaders in the next 10 years.
This year 140 teenagers attended the maiden edition of the conference held on the 1st of November, 2022.
The teenagers engaged in learning sessions and a planning workshop. Stepdown training will be conducted in each school by the students, supported by their teacher and a team member.
